Message	My main concern is with the ugly factor... It might help with cooling but I doubt it. I wouldnt worry too much about rain, but I suppose it could be an issue. Never heard of it being a problem. I'm not sure the pop charger, stalling issue has been figured out - at least not to my satisfaction. _________________________________________
